Tour Description

 

Day 1 – Arrival and Meet & Greet

After completing passport control and baggage claim:

 

Guests arriving at Istanbul Airport should proceed to Exit Gate 14, where they will be welcomed by our professional ground staff. The team will escort them to their designated transfer vehicle, ensuring a safe and smooth transition.

 

Guests arriving at Sabiha Gökçen Airport should head to the exit and meet our ground team waiting at Column 13. They will also be accompanied to their transfer vehicle and assisted for a secure boarding.

Depending on weather and traffic conditions, the transfer duration from both airports to the hotel may range between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

Upon arrival at the hotel, guests can complete their check-in process and rest in their rooms.

Day 2 – Free Time & Cultural Exploration

After breakfast, guests can explore Sultanahmet Square, located within walking distance from the hotel. Key historical and cultural landmarks include:

Basilica Cistern

In addition, guests may enjoy shopping at the Grand Bazaar, also located nearby, and immerse themselves in the authentic Istanbul atmosphere.

Day 3 – Fly to Cappadocia

After spending two days enjoying the beauty of Istanbul and getting lost among its historical landmarks, our guests complete their check-out procedures and set off early in the morning for another popular region of Turkey — Cappadocia.

Flight departure times vary seasonally between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM, and all flights included in this package are scheduled to depart from and return to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Arrival in Cappadocia is planned through Kayseri Airport. The transfer from Kayseri Airport to the hotel takes approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on weather and traffic conditions.

After meeting their private driver waiting in the hotel lobby, guests head to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Following check-in procedures, they proceed to boarding and departure. The flight duration from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Kayseri Airport is approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Upon arrival in Kayseri and after collecting their luggage, guests meet their driver at the exit gate and continue on to their hotel in Cappadocia. After completing the hotel check-in, they may rest in their rooms. Alternatively, guests may choose to explore the nearby town centers of Avanos or Göreme, where they can enjoy local restaurants and visit traditional pottery workshops in Avanos.

 

Day 4 – Discover Cappadocia

On their second day in Cappadocia, our guests can choose to join an early morning hot air balloon ride and then return to their hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, they can join one of the most ideal daily excursions to discover the lesser-known parts of Cappadocia, known as the Cappadocia Red Tour. This tour includes visits to the Göreme Open Air Museum and the famous Dark Church inside. Pigeon Valley and Devrent Valley are also included in the tour itinerary.

Day 5 – Departure Day

After having breakfast at their hotel, our guests complete their check-out procedures and depart for Kayseri Airport with our professional ground team waiting for them in the lobby.

The journey to Kayseri Airport takes approximately 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on weather and traffic conditions.

Upon arrival at the airport, our guests proceed to the terminal for check-in and prepare for their flight to Istanbul.

TRAVEL SERVICE AGREEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Parties:

This agreement is made between [ Deema Travel DMC Turkey ] (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") and […………………………….] (hereinafter referred to as the "Guests") under the terms and conditions stated below.

Scope:

This agreement covers the services provided by the Agency within the scope of the [Istanbul - Cappadocia 4 Nights 5 Days code 1034-3050 4 stars No Activity Package Program ] travel program that the Guests has registered for, as well as the terms and conditions regarding cancellation.

1. Reservation and Payment

1.1. The Guests agrees to pay a total of [total amount and currency] per person for participation in the travel program.

1.2. A deposit of 100% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by the Guests, the following refund rules apply:

For cancellations made 60 days or more before the departure date, 90% of the total amount will be refunded (excluding service fees).

For cancellations made 59 to 30 days before the departure date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the departure date, 25% of the total amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made 14 days or less before the departure date, no refund will be provided.

Note: In cases such as visa refusal, flight cancellation, or illness, even if officially documented, the above cancellation policy will still apply. It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance.

 3. Cancellations by the Agency

The Agency reserves the right to cancel the tour program when deemed necessary. In such a case, all payments made by the Guests will be fully refunded. The Guests shall not claim any additional compensation for indirect losses arising from the cancellation.

 4. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, border closures, or other unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, the cancellation and refund policy will be applied at the Agency’s discretion.

 5. Dispute Resolution

The Parties shall first seek an amicable resolution to any disputes arising from this agreement. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices of [Agency headquarters location].

SALES AND MARKETING AGREEMENT DRAFT

Parties:

This agreement is made between [Deema Travel DMC Turkey] (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") and [AGENCY/OPERATOR NAME], a company based in [COUNTRY] (hereinafter referred to as the "Reseller").

1. Subject:

The subject of this agreement is the annual purchase, marketing, and resale of the Supplier’s tour packages by the Reseller, strictly within the Reseller’s country, through digital or physical sales channels.

2. Geographical Limitation:

The Reseller is authorized to promote and sell the tour packages only within their country of operation ([COUNTRY]). Promotion or sales targeting other countries are strictly subject to prior written approval from the Supplier.

3. Group Guarantee:

The Reseller guarantees the sale of a minimum of 3 (three) and a maximum of 10 (ten) tour groups within the contract period. The minimum number of participants per group will be specified in a separate annex agreed upon by both parties. Sales performance will be reviewed at the end of each calendar year.

4. Brand and Promotion Use:

The Reseller agrees to uphold the brand image of the Supplier. All promotional content must be approved by the Supplier in advance. The Supplier will end eavor to provide marketing materials, but reserves the right to approve final content.

5. Pricing Policy:

The Reseller may not sell the tour packages below the minimum sale price set by the Supplier. Any special campaigns, promotions, or discounts must be approved in writing by the Supplier.

6. Advertising and Marketing Responsibility:

The Supplier is responsible for general brand promotion and awareness. However, the Reseller is responsible for conducting marketing activities within its own market to reach its target audience effectively.

7. Duration and Termination:

This agreement becomes effective as of [start date] and is valid for a period of one (1) year. Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice at least 30 days in advance.

8. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Supplier’s country.

Accommodation and Airport Transfers

1 Accommodation Arrangements:

The Supplier shall ensure that all accommodation services provided as part of the tour packages comply with the standards agreed in advance. The Reseller is responsible for providing accurate information to end clients regarding hotel categories, room types, included services, and any additional fees. Any dissatisfaction or claims resulting from misinformation will be jointly reviewed by both parties.

1.2 Hotel Availability and Overbooking:

In cases where the contracted hotel is unavailable or overbooked, the Supplier is obliged to provide an alternative of equal or higher standard at no additional cost to the guest. Such changes must be communicated to the Reseller as soon as possible.

1.3 Check-in / Check-out Protocols:

The Reseller must inform clients of standard hotel check-in and check-out times. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges unless otherwise stated in the package.

1.4 Airport Transfer Services:

All airport transfer services must be conducted by professional and licensed personnel using appropriate vehicles in compliance with local regulations. Delays, vehicle conditions, and driver conduct shall be monitored by the Supplier or its authorized local partner.

1.5 Responsibility and Communication:

Both parties agree to maintain prompt and transparent communication in the event of transfer delays, last-minute hotel changes, or any other issues affecting the customer experience. The Supplier shall have a ground service team available to support guests until their departure.

1.6 Liability Allocation:

In the event of problems arising from accommodation or transfer services due to negligence or service failure by either party, responsibility shall lie with the relevant party, and corrective actions shall be taken without delay.

Group Leader Policy

1. Group Leader Entitlement:

For reservations of 15 participants or more, one (1) group leader is entitled to join the tour free of charge (FOC). This entitlement applies only to a professional tour leader or a representative of the Reseller who accompanies the group throughout the tour.

2. Scope and Conditions:

The group leader will be provided with accommodation, meals, transfers, and included tour activities at no cost. This benefit is valid only if the group consists of 15 or more participants. For groups with fewer than 15 participants, the group leader is not eligible for FOC status and will be charged accordingly.

3. Notification Requirement:

The full name and contact details of the group leader must be provided to the Supplier at least 7 (seven) days prior to the tour’s start date. Otherwise, the Supplier cannot guarantee the provision of the required services for the group leader.

4. Authority and Responsibility:

The group leader is responsible for ensuring the group follows the itinerary, maintaining clear communication with participants, and assisting in the coordination of the tour. Should the group leader fail to fulfill their responsibilities or disrupt the tour operation, the Supplier reserves the right to intervene and notify the Reseller.
