Büyükada is the largest of the Princess Islands, and one of the most charming locations to visit when in Istanbul. The island has some stunning, sandy bays where you can swim and unwind, as well as a serene pine forest. Once you arrive there, you will have the opportunity to experience a horse-carriage ride. TRAVEL SERVICE AGREEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Parties:
This agreement is made between [ Deema Travel DMC Turkey ] (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") and […………………………….] (hereinafter referred to as the "Guests") under the terms and conditions stated below.
Scope:
This agreement covers the services provided by the Agency within the scope of the [Istanbul 3 Nights 4 Days code 1034-3012 Package Program ] travel program that the Guests has registered for, as well as the terms and conditions regarding cancellation.
1. Reservation and Payment
1.1. The Guests agrees to pay a total of [total amount and currency] per person for participation in the travel program.
1.2. A deposit of 100% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation by the Guests, the following refund rules apply:
For cancellations made 60 days or more before the departure date, 90% of the total amount will be refunded (excluding service fees).
For cancellations made 59 to 30 days before the departure date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the departure date, 25% of the total amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made 14 days or less before the departure date, no refund will be provided.
Note: In cases such as visa refusal, flight cancellation, or illness, even if officially documented, the above cancellation policy will still apply. It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance.
3. Cancellations by the Agency
The Agency reserves the right to cancel the tour program when deemed necessary. In such a case, all payments made by the Guests will be fully refunded. The Guests shall not claim any additional compensation for indirect losses arising from the cancellation.
4. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure such as war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, border closures, or other unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, the cancellation and refund policy will be applied at the Agency’s discretion.
5. Dispute Resolution
The Parties shall first seek an amicable resolution to any disputes arising from this agreement. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices of [Agency headquarters location].
