Meet & Greet Policy at Istanbul Airport

When our guests arrive at Istanbul Airport, they proceed to passport control and baggage claim. Since Istanbul Airport is a large facility with many exit gates, our agency provides a meet and greet service at Exit Gate 14 to ensure a smooth exit process for our guests.

Guests need to go to the yellow welcome board with the code G 55 at Gate 14 and provide their names to our greeter. Please note that the welcome name for your reservation is…………………….

Our agency staff welcomes the guests at Gate 14 and directs them to their vehicles on Level -2, where refreshments are offered. Accompanied by our driver, they then head to their hotels. This way, our guests experience a comfortable and seamless welcome.
