Meet & Greet Policy at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport

Upon arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, our guests first proceed through passport control and baggage claim. As this airport is more compact compared to Istanbul Airport, with fewer exit gates, our agency ensures a smooth arrival process with dedicated meet & greet assistance.

Guests should proceed to Column 13, where they will see the yellow welcome board with the code G 55. By providing their names to our greeter, they will be matched with their reservation. (Please note: the welcome name for your reservation is ……………..)

Our agency staff will personally welcome the guests at Column 13 and guide them to their vehicles located on Level -2. Here, refreshments are offered before continuing the journey. Accompanied by our driver, guests are then transferred comfortably to their hotels, ensuring a seamless and pleasant arrival experience.
