Meet & Greet Policy at Istanbul Airport

When our guests arrive at Istanbul Airport, they proceed to passport control and baggage claim. Since Istanbul Airport is a large facility with many exit gates, our agency provides a meet and greet service at Exit Gate 14 to ensure a smooth exit process for our guests.

Guests need to go to the yellow welcome board with the code G 55 at Gate 14 and provide their names to our greeter. Please note that the welcome name for your reservation is ..................

After our guests arrive at the designated meeting point and their names are verified on the list, our welcoming staff proceed to call their transfer vehicle.

As of 2023, according to the regulations introduced by the Istanbul Airport management, transfer vehicles are no longer permitted to wait inside the airport premises. For this reason, our guests may need to wait approximately 15–20 minutes for their vehicle to arrive at the meeting point.

Once the driver reaches the pickup area, they immediately inform our welcoming team. Our staff then accompany the guests and escort them safely and comfortably to their vehicle. 
Accompanied by our driver, they then head to their hotels. This way, our guests experience a comfortable and seamless welcome.
