Day 1 – Arrival in Istanbul (06 September 2027) | School Trip Program
Welcome to Istanbul, the cultural capital of Turkey and the starting point of your Istanbul Educational School Trip 2027.
Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, students will be welcomed by our professional team at the arrival gate and assisted throughout the transfer process.
A comfortable private vehicle will transfer the group to the hotel located in the historic Old City area. After arrival, check-in will be completed at Ramada Old City 4+ (or similar)*.
The remainder of the day is free for rest and adaptation after the journey, allowing students to relax and prepare for the upcoming educational and cultural activities.
In the evening, a group dinner will be served at the hotel, providing an opportunity for students and supervisors to gather and begin their experience together in Istanbul.
Overnight at Ramada Old City 4*+ (or similar).
Day 2 – Istanbul Old City Educational Tour (07 September 2027)
After breakfast at the hotel, students will meet their professional English-speaking guide at 08:30 in the lobby and begin a full-day educational exploration of Istanbul’s Old City as part of the Turkey School Trip 2027 program.
The tour starts in Sultanahmet Square, the historical center of ancient Constantinople, where students will learn about the city’s Byzantine and Ottoman heritage through its most important monuments. The visit continues with the iconic Blue Mosque, offering insights into Ottoman architecture, religious culture, and historical significance.
The program includes external visits to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Basilica Cistern, allowing students to understand the cultural layers and historical development of Istanbul across different civilizations.
At lunchtime, a group meal will be served at a selected local restaurant, giving students a chance to experience traditional Turkish cuisine in a safe and organized setting.
In the afternoon, the tour continues with a visit to the Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest covered markets in the world. Here, students will observe traditional trade culture and the historical importance of commerce in Istanbul.
At approximately 17:00, the Old City tour concludes and the group returns to the hotel.
In the evening, dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by free time for rest and group interaction.

Day 3 – Flight to Cappadocia & Educational Exploration (08 September 2027)
Due to the early morning flight schedule, breakfast will be provided either at the hotel or as a sandwich box to be consumed during the transfer.
At 04:00, students will meet their professional chauffeur in the hotel lobby and depart for Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW).
After arrival at the airport and check-in procedures, the group will take a domestic flight to Kayseri Airport, marking the beginning of the Cappadocia educational journey as part of the Turkey School Trip 2027 program.
Upon arrival at Kayseri Airport, students will be welcomed by our professional English-speaking guide and continue directly into the Cappadocia tour program.
The first educational stops include Kaymaklı Underground City and Zelve Open Air Museum, offering students a unique opportunity to learn about ancient settlements, early Christian history, and volcanic geography. The tour continues with Monks Valley, where natural formations demonstrate the geological evolution of the region.
At lunchtime, a group meal will be served at a selected local restaurant.
In the afternoon, the program continues with visits to Avanos city center, where students will observe traditional pottery craftsmanship and visit handmade pottery workshops. The tour also includes exterior views of Ottoman-style mansions, providing cultural context about the region’s historical lifestyle.
At the end of the tour, students will transfer to the hotel and check in at Floria Hotel Ürgüp / Cappadocia 4+ (or similar, half board)*.
In the evening, dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by free time for rest and group interaction.

Day 4 – Cappadocia North Tour & Optional Hot Air Balloon Experience (09 September 2027)
For students who wish to experience one of the world’s most iconic activities, the day begins early with an optional Hot Air Balloon Tour over the unique landscapes of Cappadocia. This optional activity offers a breathtaking view of fairy chimneys, valleys, and volcanic formations from above, providing an unforgettable educational and visual experience.
After breakfast at the hotel, students will meet their professional English-speaking guide and chauffeur at 09:45 in the lobby and begin the Cappadocia North Tour as part of the Turkey School Trip 2027 program.
The tour begins with a visit to Göreme Open Air Museum, an important UNESCO World Heritage Site that showcases rock-cut churches and early Christian settlements. The experience continues with a stop at the Dark Church (exterior/entry as per program), offering insight into religious history and fresco art.
Students will then visit Esentepe Panoramic Viewpoint, where they can observe the unique geological structure of the region and learn about volcanic formations that shaped Cappadocia millions of years ago. The journey continues through Devrent Valley, known for its naturally formed rock shapes that stimulate imagination and observation skills.
A panoramic stop at Castle Viewpoint offers a final overview of the region’s landscape, helping students connect geography with natural history.
At lunchtime, a group meal will be served at a selected local restaurant.
After the tour, students will have free time to relax and reflect on the day’s experiences.
In the evening, dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by overnight rest.

Day 5 – Return to Istanbul & Leisure Day (10 September 2027)
Due to the early morning flight schedule, breakfast will be provided either at the hotel or as a sandwich box to be consumed during the transfer.
At 06:00, students will meet their professional chauffeur in the hotel lobby and depart for Kayseri Airport (ASR). After arrival and check-in procedures, the group will take a domestic flight back to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), continuing the Turkey School Trip 2027 program.
Upon arrival in Istanbul, students will be welcomed by our representative at the airport and transferred comfortably to their hotel in the Old City.
After check-in at Ramada Old City 4+ (or similar)*, the remainder of the day is free for rest and relaxation. Students can recover after the Cappadocia program and enjoy free time at the hotel under group supervision.
In the evening, dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by overnight stay.

Day 6 – Departure Day (11 September 2027)
After breakfast at the hotel, students will complete the check-out process by 11:00 and meet their professional chauffeur in the lobby.
At 11:15, a private transfer will be arranged to Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport depending on the flight schedule.
Assistance will be provided for departure procedures as the group prepares for their return flight home.
