Day 1 – Arrival in Istanbul & Pierre Loti Sunset Experience (2 April)

Welcome to Istanbul and the beginning of the Tulip Festival 2027 Turkey Experience, a unique seasonal journey celebrating the beauty of spring in one of the world’s most vibrant cities.

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, guests will be warmly welcomed by our professional English-speaking tour guide at Gate 13. After meet & greet, guests will be transferred comfortably with a private 25-seat midibus to begin their first discovery of Istanbul.

The experience continues in the historic Eyüp district, where guests will take a scenic cable car ride up to Pierre Loti Hill. Overlooking the Golden Horn, this iconic viewpoint offers one of the most breathtaking panoramas of Istanbul. Here, guests will enjoy a relaxing coffee break surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the city’s most romantic hilltop location.

Following this introduction to Istanbul’s charm, guests will proceed to hotel check-in at Ramada by Wyndham Old City. After settling in, there will be a short break before the evening program begins.

In the evening, guests will meet their Russian-speaking guide and continue to the famous Galata Bridge area for a memorable seafood dinner at Fish House Galata. Surrounded by the lights of Istanbul and the lively atmosphere of the Bosphorus, this dinner offers an authentic introduction to the city’s culinary culture.

After dinner, guests will return comfortably to the hotel for overnight rest.

Day 2 – Istanbul Old City Guided Tour (3 April)

After breakfast, guests will meet their professional English-speaking guide at 09:00 in the hotel lobby and begin a full-day exploration of Istanbul’s historic Old City as part of the Tulip Festival 2027 Turkey Experience.

The walking tour begins in the iconic Sultanahmet Square, the heart of ancient Constantinople, where centuries of history come together in one vibrant setting. Guests will discover some of the city’s most important landmarks, including the magnificent Blue Mosque, the historic Hippodrome, and the surrounding monuments that reflect Istanbul’s Byzantine and Ottoman heritage.

The journey continues with visits to world-famous sites such as Hagia Sophia, the impressive Topkapi Palace, and the atmospheric Basilica Cistern. These architectural masterpieces offer a deep insight into the cultural and historical richness of Istanbul, making this tour an essential part of any visit to the city.

At lunchtime, guests will enjoy a traditional Turkish meal at a selected restaurant in Sultanahmet, offering authentic local flavors in a historic atmosphere.

In the afternoon, the experience continues with free time around the Grand Bazaar area, where guests can explore one of the world’s oldest and largest covered markets. Accompanied by the guide, this is a perfect opportunity to shop for local crafts, textiles, spices, and souvenirs while experiencing the vibrant energy of Istanbul’s traditional trade culture.

Day 3 – Istanbul Modern City & Tulip Festival Experience (4 April)

After breakfast, guests will meet their professional English-speaking guide and chauffeur at 09:00 in the hotel lobby and begin a full-day exploration of Istanbul’s modern side, combined with the seasonal beauty of the Tulip Festival 2027 Turkey Experience.

The day begins with a visit to Emirgan Park, one of Istanbul’s most famous tulip viewing locations during the spring season. As part of the festival atmosphere, guests will enjoy walking among vibrant tulip gardens, colorful landscapes, and scenic Bosphorus views, creating one of the most memorable highlights of the program.

The journey continues to Ortaköy, a charming neighborhood located on the Bosphorus shoreline. Guests will enjoy a walking tour through its lively streets, boutique shops, cafés, and the iconic waterfront atmosphere with views of the Bosphorus Bridge.

The program then proceeds to Dolmabahçe Palace, one of the most impressive symbols of late Ottoman architecture, showcasing the elegance and grandeur of the empire’s final period.

In the afternoon, guests will explore Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, the vibrant heart of modern Istanbul. The experience continues with a visit to Rumeli Han, one of the historic passages on Istiklal Street, reflecting the city’s architectural and commercial heritage.

Lunch will be served at a selected restaurant on Istiklal Street, offering a mix of traditional and contemporary Turkish cuisine in a dynamic city atmosphere.

After lunch, guests will enjoy free time around the Galata Tower area, one of Istanbul’s most iconic landmarks, where history, art, and modern lifestyle come together.

Following the tour, guests will return to the hotel for relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 4 – Fener & Balat Cultural Discovery & Bosphorus Evening Cruise (5 April)

After breakfast at the hotel, guests will meet their professional English-speaking guide and begin a full-day cultural exploration of Istanbul’s most authentic and colorful neighborhoods as part of the Tulip Festival 2027 Turkey Experience.

The day starts with a discovery of the historic Fener & Balat districts, where centuries of multicultural heritage are reflected in churches, schools, and traditional houses. Guests will visit important landmarks such as St. George’s Church, the historic Fener Greek Orthodox College (Red College), and St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, offering a deeper understanding of Istanbul’s diverse religious and cultural history.

The experience continues through the vibrant streets of Balat, famous for its colorful Ottoman-era houses, artistic atmosphere, and unique local character. This area provides one of the most photogenic and culturally rich walking experiences in Istanbul.

The tour then moves towards the Karaköy district and Galataport open-air shopping area, where guests will enjoy free time by the Bosphorus, surrounded by modern cafés, boutiques, and seaside promenades. The program also includes a visit to the traditional Babaoglu Bazaar, offering a glimpse into local daily life and commerce.

After lunch at a selected restaurant, guests will continue with a visit to the Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest and most vibrant covered markets in the world. With guidance from the professional Russian-speaking guide, guests will have free time to explore its endless shops, spices, textiles, and handcrafted goods.

In the evening, guests may choose to join an optional Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, featuring dinner, entertainment, and an unlimited alcohol menu. Sailing between Europe and Asia, this experience offers a magical perspective of Istanbul illuminated at night.

After the cruise, guests will return to the hotel for overnight rest.

Day 5 – Departure Day (6 April)

After breakfast at the hotel, guests will complete the check-out process and meet their professional chauffeur in the lobby at the scheduled time.

A comfortable transfer will be arranged to Istanbul Airport for the onward flight.

As the Tulip Festival 2027 Turkey Experience comes to an end, guests depart with unforgettable memories of Istanbul’s historic treasures, vibrant city life, and the breathtaking beauty of Emirgan Park during the spring tulip season.
